great reggae bar in Phuket. really good staff. good music. and if can like cat, this is special place.

お店の雰囲気も音楽のボリュームもとても良い。
カクテルメニューが豊富で、カクテルの種類がボブマーリーの曲の名前になってるのも良い！
革製品のお店が併設されてました。店員さんもしっかりしててフレンドリーでした😊
Really nice people. Good vibes excellent service and a fun bar. A bit hot could do with A few more fans Live music 3 nights a week. A bit out of the way but that's nice to get out of the madness of Patong. Worth a visit
It a lovely place, magic atmosphere, Relaxing bar where you can listen to reggae music and you can buy handmade ethnic jewelry accessories from the owner, a nice and helpful person. Highly recommended

Best bar in Phuket. ;D live music on Friday/Saturdays and good price on the beer too. Owner and staff are also very friendly and helpful. A must visit if you are in Phuket

Reggae bar which makes you smile all over the face cause staff is awsome here. And life music is great.
I only wish I could give more stars. The staff make you feel welcome from the moment you first step in until you go. Good drinks, great atmosphere, and even has live music some nights which was pretty good. This place came highly recommended it certainly was worth the two times we visited

This is a hidden treasure, off the normal tourist track. (See UPDATE below: I’m a huge live music fan, but for musicians that are passionate about music, that play with heart, not Bangala Road “show bands”. Wednesday night an amazing musician plays named Moody on electric guitar with the drummer named Mud (mood), and on Thursdays Ali plays, also an incredible musician playing great acoustic guitar and he has a wonderful voice. Places like this are the real heart of Thailand!)
UPDATE: Covid has been cruel to small clubs like this. The off again on again effects have hurt trying to keep live music going in small venues so live bands are currently not always on the menu. But Roots has a great playlist constantly going on the sound system. And as a classic Thai reggae bar, ganja is available and their selection is quite good and extensive. Roots also has a rooftop lounge where you can fire up the herb while stargazing, enjoying the evening air, and your favorite beverage! As a local, one of my favorite stops!
Great place. The owner is super nice. They have live music starts at 11pm everyday. Nice place to go and chill out with friends. Great music. They also have some kind of beef snack you can order. It's really really tasty! It's a bit far from where I live in Phuket but I'll definitely visit again! If you stay around Patong area, this is the best bar to go. Highly recommended!!

I love the atmosphere here!! The owner Boy & his partner Bomb were always so welcoming & friendly, & forgetting Boy's wife-she is an interesting & amazing person. They all made me feel like I'm was at home. Much love to them
The best spot in Patong for live, good reggae and an awesome vibe. Boy and his wife take pride in the business and gives everyone a welcoming smile. Recently renovated, the venue is clean, well kept and chilled. This is a venue you must not miss during your stay in Phuket. Check their page for updates on live music. Peace ✌🌞
Very nice reggae bar, a bit outside the main Patong madness but that suits it very much. Come here to relax and enjoy fantastic music. Owner and staff make a genuine effort to create a warm vibe. Will rock my new tank top ;)
Met the owners and their daughter upon arrival, Felt like friends I hadn't seen in a while. Such a warm and inviting place. Live band on the weekends apparently. Would be cool to experience. Please come here and support these guys! The two guys I presume were brothers sat down hand crafting leather bags while we waited. Must visit
